What Causes Numbness, Pain And Sensitivity On Lower Left Abdomen?

skin is sensitive to touch on the lower left belly. On the left side under the rib area is a buldge protruding out as if it's hueania, but 4 drs. say there's nothing wrong. A short stabbing pain hits for a very short time in the left kidney and in the side under the ribs. I have had a CT, MRI and a colonoscapy.
One test said there are 2 very small cists on the left kidney, but nothing to worry about. All other tests
came out nomal. So why is the pain getting worse??? YYYY@YYYY
Nerve pain possible
Detailed Answer:
Sorry to learn about your bothersome symptoms.
Considering you have been extensively evaluated for this, one important possibility is the likelihood of diabetic neuropathy affecting the chest and abdomen nerves.
It can potentially cause symptoms similar to the ones you are experiencing.
A neurologist is the best type of specialist you need to consult in-person for a thorough examination
When I see someone like you in my practice, I typically order the following blood tests in addition to a detailed physical examination:
CBC (Complete Blood Count, also known as Hemogram; includes Hemoglobin, WBC and Platelet counts)
Electrolytes (Sodium and Potassium in particular)
HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin = your last 3 months' glucose average). Also known by other names such as GlycoHemoglobin or Glycated Hemoglobin or A1c
Liver function tests (SGOT , SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase)
Kidney function tests (BUN, Creatinine)
TSH (checks your thyroid) 12 hour Fasting Lipid profile
Urine albumin to Creatinine Ratio (early sign of diabetes affecting the kidney)
25 hydroxy Vitamin D levels (ideal range 40 to 60 ng/ml = 100 to 150 nmol/liter)
None of these tests require any fasting and can be done at any time of the day
