Question : I'm on 180 Mgs ER of diltiazem. Do I have to wean off this medication. I've felt awful the past few weeks, never thought to check my blood pressure. My readings have been 107/60 range. I also take losartan hctz. Can I stop the diltiazem safely without weaning off?

My blood pressurre waking up is usually 125-140/75-80 aound 7am before taking any meds.pulse around 75. This morning when i woke up it was 130/83 pulse :79. ( no meds) i am on losartan hctz 100-25mg tab
