Question : Went out dancing and there was heavy grinding. No sexual contact at all. A few days later a small fluid filled blister formed on my penis and popped and drained clear fluid. Since then I feel and occasional itch in my urethra. What is left is a small sore that is healing what could this be?

                                    Brief Answer:
Likely benign, self resolving fordyce spots
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read yoru question and i understand your concern. With no sexual contact and just grinding, this small blister on penis self resolving is basically a clogged sebaceous pore also called fordyce spots. These happen due to friction and poor hygiene like too much sweat in there, prolonged wear of underwear and hair growth in groin.
Management is simple. Dont pop , poke or pick them and wait for it to self resolve. Maintain a good hygiene and abstain from friction activities like masturbation or rough coitus.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
