Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking.
I read carefully all your concerns and I understood your query.
1. You are reporting to have done colonoscopy, Ct scan and no organic issues were found on large bowel or other organs like pancreas and gallbladder.
It means that most probably your symptoms are related to:
- functional large bowel problems like IBS ( irritable bowel syndrome)
- food intolerance.
2. I need to know if your symptoms are related with any food consumption or if you have diarrhea / constipation.
3. To my opinion it is not related with digestive tract bacterial infection. the symptoms of bacterial infection are all the time and more severe, usually diarrhea is the main symptom.
To my opinion you need to change lifestyle like :
- use plenty of water
- use fresh fruits and vegetables
- use home cooked foods
- try to loose weight
- increase physical activity as it possible
- avoid unnecessary stress
- avoid alcohol use.
- avoid sugar and fatty foods.
Hope it was help full to you.
Wish you good health.
