Question: I have occasional testicular pain, its not severe, seems to be in the left testicle, hurts more when I ejaculate

Brief Answer: detailed below Detailed Answer: Hello. Thank you for the query. Testicular pain can be caused by testis inflammation, epidydimis, varicocele or even testiculat cancer. Pain with ejaculation makes an inflammation most probable. Howevet testis cancer needs to be ruled out. I suggest you to have urine analisis and testis ultrasound at first.
