Question : I feel an odd sensation in my head which leaves me confused. At the same time, my ears make me feel like I am I a tunnel. Lastly, when this happens, within a minute or two, my limbs begin to jerk.

I have gone very carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that the odd sensation is an aura which precedes certain types of seizures, and the jerk itself can be a seizure activity. It is very hard to confirm without a proper clinical examination. You need to see a neurologist without delay. He will be able to assess you clinically and get you tested further. Blood tests will not hold a clue to your condition.
