What Causes Oily Hair Along With Odor Despite Washing?
Question: More oiley hair after 7 hrs of bathing & dandruff more result in hair smell please suggest

Possible seborrheic dermatitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.
I understand your concern.
This is a clear issue of Seborrheic dermatitis.
Excess oil production can occur when attacked by this fungus.
You need both topical and systemic therapy.
Stop Ketoconazole, it seems to be ineffective.
I generally recommend oral tablets of Fluconazole 200 mg for 5 days followed by 150 mg once a week for 5 weeks. This may have some side effects. This can be supplemented with Candid TV lotion to be applied overnight followed by morning wash. This should be repeated at least 3-4 times a week. Please check with your physician if he shares and my view and if can prescribe these drugs to you.
Avoid eating, junk, fried and fatty food.
This treatment will largely improve your symptoms.

Hairbless tablets are given our doctor & how much longer I will take loation & tablets which have you suggested.
