Brief Answer:
Likely seborrheic dermatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Skin changes including seborrheic dermatitis are often reported and diagnosed in patients with Parkinson's.

Oily skin may be related to Parkinson's itself, or may be caused by drugs as a side effect,

It is necessary to get evaluated by a Dermatologist about these concerns.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Feel free to ask if you have further questions.

Greetings.
