Question : wife has a headache on one side of her head and a tingling in her left cheek same side of head. what could that be?

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have mentioned. This is typical of migraine headaches. I will recommend a combination of tylenol an dIbuprofen to address this pain at this time. Should this persist, I will then go on to more powerful drugs such as opioids analgesics/tryptans which would require a doctor’s prescription. This should help stop the pain. She she also do well to keep a dairy of her symptoms and severity for future review if need be.
