Question : I can occasionally feel my heartbeat in my back. It started a couple weeks ago. Is this something serious

It can occur without any abnormality in your age. Sometimes there are predisposing factors such as stress or overtiredness.
I would advise you not to worry. Try to avoid caffeine abd nicotine. Be much in fresh air. Don't spend much time in front of the computer.
