Question : I have been having ongoing chest pain and when I hook myself up to a heart monitor it shows ST Depression (horizontal greater than one box). I am currently on imdur and take nitro when the pressure gets bad. I have been diagnosed with coronary artery spasms and am wondering if I should be concerned about the ST depression and when to go the emergency room.
