Question : Now a days I do urine hardly 2-3 times throughout the day also the colour of urine is some orange tone . Is this a major problem which needs to be checked or its general there is also pain at lower abdomen

Brief Answer: Dehydration Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. The problem you have could be seen in dehydration or inadequate water intake. Orange color to the urine is due to lack of dilution due to lack of water. Do consume ample amount of water not less than 3 liter per day.This will solve the problem for sure. You can also take ORS (Oral rehydration solutions). Wish you good health.
