Brief Answer:
A decreased bone density, in woman in menopause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thank you for using HCM,

Do you have any specific question or concern about oseopenia? I would be happy to answer any question you have about it.
It is a thining of bone density before it progresses to oseoporosis, but it may predispose to fractures.
Happen in woman in menopause in general, and is diagnosed by a dexa scan who measures the density of the bone.
I noticed you are taking Vit D which together with calcium is the treatment of oseopenia. Chondoitine and glucosamime are good for your joints too, but to take effect need to get used more then 6 months.

Hope this is helpful. Let me know your questions about oseopenia if you have more about it.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako.
