Brief Answer:
More details necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. A normal CT scan and blood work definitely rules out appendix or any inflammation anywhere in the body.

However, I have a few queries before I can make any possible diagnosis:

1. When did pain start? Does the pain radiate to any location? Towards testis or towards liver?
2. What type of pain?
3. How long will it be present?
4. Any particular relation to any position? Need to think of muscle spasm or tear
5. How does it subside?
6. Are you on any medications?
7. Was any urine examination done?

Do get back with more details? At present if muscle relaxants are helping, its a possible muscle spasm. Take a nutritional diet particular rich in potassium and calcium like banana, egg white, fish, nuts, ragi malt etc. It should help.

Take Care.
