Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, there is not one single disease or pathologic process which explains these symptoms. A physical exam needs to be performed to assess for any focus of infection. The eyes , ears and sinuses should also be examined. The complexion change could be related to anemia. The backache and muscle spasms can indicate an inflammatory process. If I were your physician, I would advise a complete blood count, ESR/ CRP, chest x ray and a basic metabolic panel including liver, renal function tests and blood glucose. Decision regarding treatment would depend on the evidence gathered as a result of these investigations.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
