What Causes Pain Amd Nausea With Vaginal Bleeding?

Question: I have been awake all night with pain and nausea and a good amount of blood coming from my vagina. I had my period over a week ago now. Like 10 days ago and because I had an oblasion 6 years ago, I have light periods anyway. Light and short. Anyway, almost 2 weeks ago I had similar symptoms and the doctors determined with a CT scan that I had an ovarian cyst. I have an appointment with my doctor but I am in a great deal of pain. What should I do? XXXXXXX

The ovarian cyst may have undergone some torsion and that might be causing pain.
The bleeding is a cause for concern as the endometrium has been ablated some Time ago and there has been light period since then.
Please take tablet meftal spas for pain and tablet tranostat for bleeding.
You may need evaluation for the ovarian cyst and cause of bleeding.
