Brief Answer:
Can be normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

Some pain and mild bleeding/blood stained discharge is common following surgery for 5 to 7 days. This will be cleared gradually with proper wound care and anti inflammatory agents prescribed.
Anyhow, this may also indicate complications like infection or internal bleed.

If the pain and bleeding was coming down for last 2 to 3 days, the pain is superficial(not deep in the pelvis),and there is no edema and redness surrounding the wound, this need not be worried-it will be cleared its own.

Otherwise,if it persists or is increasing, the pain is deep and severe,or there is signs of infection(redness, edema, fever, nausea etc) this needs urgent evaluation and management accordingly-your surgeon will guide in this.

Hope this will answer your query.
Wishing for a faster recovery.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Need not be worried

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thanks for the information.

So your bleeding/pain is not from the incision site, and you had a normal USG and CT-this indicates that these are unrelated to the surgery.
This just need simple analgesics for a few days. You can use acetaminophen 500mg or ibuprofen 400mg thrice daily for 5 days(if not allergic to).

The bleeding may need further evaluation depending on your detailed menstrual and gynecologic history.Your gynecologist will guide in this.

Hope you got cleared.
Thank you.
