Brief Answer:
Anal fissure or Hemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for the query.
This is clear cut picture of either anal fissure or piles (hemorrhoids).
You need an immediate examination of the rectum may be anoscopy by a general surgeon.
It is very common occurrence in these days with sedentary lifestyle. It is easily treated by medicines and life style changes and high fibre diet. If the hemorrhoids are large and highly graded or high up it may need intervention which the doctor can advise.
Please see a general surgeon for a digital examination and may be anoscopy.
