Brief Answer:
Use SUSTEN eye drops

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

YOu may be progressing to dry eyes or Computer vision syndrome. You should keep looking away from computer screen every 10 minutes and get up from seat every 30 minutes. Relax your eyes, use ergonomics.

Also I generally suggest SUSTEN one drop in each eye every 2 hours. It is also good to verify refractive errors with local optometrist / Ophthalmologist.

Hope this helps.
