Brief Answer:
Requires a few details related

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query in HealthcareMagic,

Before I could guide you any further, I would like to know a few more details related:
- for how long have you been having this symptom?
- any associated features like blood or mucus in stool, hard stools, presence of any swelling over the area ?
- your daily lifestyle and food habits?
- any history of medications?

For now, I would suggest you to consume a diet comprising of more fiber content like green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, oatmeal. Also avoid much of meat and spice.

Also take Syrup Duphalac/ Lactulose 10ml in the night for a week. If you seem to have quite severe constipation, take Tab. DULCOLAX as an when needed.

Hope this helps
