Brief Answer:
early diagnosis and proper tretment ASAP as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history of pain and burning while urinating, bleeding has stopped.
Such symptoms should be taken as urinary tract infection unless proved otherwise.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all send the sample of urine for tests: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of blood for CBC, sugar, kidney functions and as may be advised by your Doctor on clinical evaluation.
Sending the sample of urine before starting antibiotic is a must to get an appropriate reports.
Ultrasound of the whole abdomen particularly for genito-urinary system also helps.

Regards
