Question : Hello again doctor, last time I have questioned you about left hydronephrosis and you suggested me that this could be due to kidney stone. Today when I went for urination I felt some pain and suddenly I felt something passed, later I felt some burning sensation while urination.
I think stone passed and if possible please have a look on attachments.

Brief Answer:
Looks like stones...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes, this seems like a stone. Did you have a second ultrasound scan?
If you persist to have pain / burning sensation or if you pass blood stained urine, you will need to get an urine routine and ultrasound scan again.
Continue drinking fluids, plenty of fluids for another week.
Hope this helps.
Regards
