Question : Discomfort in upper left chest that moves to left shoulder and upper arm, mild burning sensation when taking deep breath

                                    Brief Answer:
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
By your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely.
But better to get done ECG and 2d echo to rule out heart diseases because of the left-sided chest and arm pain and your age (77 years).
If ECG and 2d echo are normal then no need to worry much for heart diseases.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas, take a simple painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs (diclofenac and thiocolchicoside).
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
