Question : Hi
I have a problem while urinating... I think that dried semen is stuck in the path of the urine and it is painfull when urinating.. Can you help me to ged rid of this problem?

Pain during the act of urination could be due to some sort of inflammation due to urine infection.

1. For how long you have been having this problem?
2. Do you have burning sensation while urinating?
3. Do you suffer from this problem after the sexual activity?
4. Do you get fever, chills, lower abdominal pain?

Hi Doctor.

1. I have this problem for two days since yesterday afternoon.
2. Yes while urinating its burning a little
3. Yes I got this problem only after Masturbating.
4. No I don't have fever, chills lower abdominal pain

I feel like normal rest of the day. But it is painful only while urinating.

I would suggest you to take tab Norfloxacin 400 mg twice daily for 3 days.
Take plenty of oral fluids, juice to maintain good urine output.
Avoid excessive masturbation.
