Brief Answer:
Varicocele to be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.

Dull aching type of pain in the testicle, especially on the left side is usually caused by varicocele (dilated and tortuous venous channels draining the testes). If causing significant discomfort, this can be treated by a minor procedure (endoscopic ligation).

Anyhow, we have to rule out other possibilities like epidydimo-orchitis, torsion (unlikely as this usually causes severe pain of sudden onset) etc also.

So kindly see your doctor or surgeon for evaluation and management accordingly. After examination, you may be asked for an USG Doppler for confirmation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
