Brief Answer:
HIV negative means you do not have virus

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I think you should think anything other than HIV for your current dryness and spots on the back.
You should not be alarmed about what is happening. The HIV test negative means there is no HIV found in the body.
I suggest you think beyond it to be stable and get peace of mind.
I suggest you to see a new doctor and say about these new symptoms without telling him about HIV / unprotected exposure. He would not first recommend HIV test. These symptoms are due to stress and if the new doctor is not really worried about your current symptoms you should also leave them there.
Hope you understand what I am trying to say here. Do not let a tiniest particle take away XXXXXXX from you.
