we need little more information
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
Pain and heaviness over right chest can be caused by many things like acidity, muscular pain, intercostal (rib) pain, pain due to lung & heart diseases etc. As the list is exhaustive, to know precisely what is causing your pain, we need little more information. Hope you don't mind answering.
Please let me know-
1. Duration of pain, intensity, any radiation to right arm
2. Any associated cough, fever, breast lumps or tenderness (increased pain on pressing the region)
3. Past history of acidity, acid reflux etc.

4. Are you on any drugs for any particular reasons.
Waiting to help you soon.
Regards

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sorry for the late response.
Pain on pressure is a sign of parietal disease. It means the source of pain lies in the superficial structures like skin, fat, muscle, nerve or bone.
A common cause of pain is of breast fat and neurological origin.
Mastalgia (Breast pain) is a common cause of pain in young females and is of no known significance. Pain may be there just under the clavicle (collar bone) and may be misleading.
Sometimes, neurological pain from strain over the nerve roots originating from the neck can give rise to pain in the breast region and above.
Either case, a short course of pain drugs might just be sufficient. If there is persistence, you may think of getting evaluated.
Hope i am clear.
