Question : i have pain and a burning sensation in my penis when i urinate and it is a little red and sore around where the urine comes out

It appears that you have contacted an infection.
It is either a urinary infection or a urethral infection. If you diabetes or any other condition which decreases immunity, such infections may occur frequently. Another cause is unprotected sex.
You can confirm the diagnosis by doing urine tests.
