Looking at your symptoms,you might be suffering from inflammation in the external ear.Fungal infection might be a cause.Water going inside ear and cleaning with ear bud might have lead to this situation.

You may get relief by taking the following medications:
Antifungal ear drops containing Clotrimazole,
Antiinflammatory and Analgesic like Ibuprofen,
Antacid like Rantac,
Antihistaminic like Cetrizine.

Avoid water going inside ear by using ear plug during taking bath.
Avoid self cleaning of ear.

If you suffer from ear blockage, then you may need to consult an ENT specialist doctor for the examination of your ear.
