Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HealthcareMagic,

Most common cause of itching & burning in groin area is Intertrigo. Intertrigo may be candidal or bacterial or both. It require clinical examination to diagnose properly.

There is a feature to upload the image by yourself on the right side of this query page. You may utilize that. Alternatively, you can mail it to YYYY@YYYY with subject line as "ATTN: Dr. Shahid Hassan".

As you have already applied stuff for fungal, there is more chances of bacterial origin. There are many antibiotic cream+antifungal cream (Steroid free) which helps in both condition. In addition you need to take oral antibiotic or oral antifungal according to disease.

Let me review your clinical photograph before putting my clear cut advice.
Hope this will help you.
Thanks

Doc, not easy to take a pic of my groin area. Right now it is just discolored ( redish)and tender ( no pain) from belly to mid legs.
I'm still getting blood tests. tomorrow again. and seeing my reg doc in the afternoon.
Just trying to get another opinion. So far you're the 4th doctor that doesn't have an answer. I live in a rural area and specialist are about 150 miles away ( Reno). Battle Mountain, Nevada is whee I live. Bet you never heard of it. Anyway, thanks for the effort. Just looking for another person that could have said ; hey I know what that is... without me paying for test after test and no results.

Thanks, XXXXXXX F.
