Question : I had a problems after sex with second lady about more than one year.my problem is deeply pain inside left side of penis....I feel pain sometimes like pressure pain/ numbness pain.i when so many times to see with urologist but my problems is not solved...other lab tests everything looks normal and I took lots of antibiotics nothing seemed to be improved.

I read carefully your lab result and I think that your problem is not related to the STD or other infections.
You should know that penile numbness can affect men who have a disease that damages the nerves or affects the penis like diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis, or Peyronie’s disease , spinal cord or brain injury after a trauma or degenerative disease.
As well the people that cycle often, or have low testosterone or take the drug selegiline could have penile numbness.
During this time I suggest to exclude the above mentioned problems and to do an ultrasound to check for scar tissue and blood flow to the penis and testosterone level.
