Brief Answer:
She needs blood investigations
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for replying. If these tingling and numbness stays for more then a two to three days then she needs to get some blood investigations to check if she is havin neuropathy. I will suggest following tests.
1.Serum B 12 estimation
2.T3,T4 and TSH
3.MRI of the spine
These tests will confirm the diagnosis and then we can start manangement accordingly. I would also suggest you to start taking Pregabalin and Methylcobal tablet one daily at night time. This will improve her symptoms.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
