Question : I am experiencing leg craps when I walk, Have type 2 diabeties, problems with foot pain and numbness.

I will suggest you mention theses to your doctor for investigation and appropriate management as these may lead to wounds that would be difficult to heal.
Good blood sugar control, regular exercise as tolerated and eating healthy would be helpful.
