Question : hello i have a pain on the right shoulder blade pain is sting with numbness top left side of blade sharp pain and next too the arm pit side numbness and tingle ok then my health is weight 260 / 6.1 high bp/ high a1c -10 high have had a cabbage 4 years ago and stint 9 year ago life style 42 years smoking/ 39 years drinking fast food trucker 36 year i indeed need help so what is it i have seen two Dr. and one bone cruncher with this and they too may NEED TO read more ok what is it thank you XXXXX

At the face of it, you have a unhealthy lifestyle, with hypertension and diabetes.
In view of these, I would consider 2 possibilities.
The first and the more drastic one needing urgent care would be a possible heart condition. The heart issues in diabetics dont present with the usual chest pain. They present with your symptoms- shoulder pain with tingling and numbness. SO you should be advised to meet a cardiologist.
The second, a less serious condition may be the possibility of a radiculopathy. Simply put, nerve compression. So you need to consider getting a MRI of the spines, and if needed meet up with a spinal surgeon.

I understand you have visited doctor. If you have had these tests, I would like to review them before commenting further. However if no tests were done, I will recommend getting them.
