Question : pressure around eyes and nose.sneezing. thick green discharge, could not speek last night.woke up coughing at 4AM

Your symptoms are suggestive of a bacterial infection. Best approach is to get antibiotics. I will recommend that you get amoxicillin 500mg thrice daily for 7days. In addition, I will suggest that you take tylenol for pains/fever and also carbocysteine for congestion.
