Brief Answer:
Almost completely sure it is an infection; suggestions

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. So based on your provided information, you have:

+Burning sensation while urinating
+Frequent urination
+Abdominal pressure (mainly lower abdomen?)

You can also expect the following symptoms, although not necessarily:

+Vaginal discharge
+Mild blood in urine
+Itching around genitalia
+Chills
+Fever
+Lower back pain
+Lower abdominal pain
+Urge to pass urine but hardly any urine or no urine passing
and a few others.

It does indeed sound like you have an infection and the causes can be:

+A simple bacterial urinary tract infection (UTI) requiring antibiotics
+Sexually transmitted infection (especially if a new partner or recent sexual activity was present) : Requiring an STD-panel and the use of medications according to the diagnosis
+Fungal infection: Requiring the use of anti-fungal medications

Thus, following are my recommendations:

+Try to visit a doctor or clinic for a urine analysis and urine culture examination for a confirmation and direction towards a diagnosis and cause
+Avoid all sexual activity until your doctor allows it (if you are sexually active i.e.)
+Can begin the use of antibiotics (e.g. nitrofurantoin 400 mg)
+Drink plenty of water as you will lose a lot of fluids through your frequent urination and you need to replenish it

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
