Question: Hi. I'm 22 old I m getting pain in centre part of butt inside nd lower abdomen nd little bit pain in testicles nd pennis nd also felling like pulling its self at the hole of anal to inside of butex nd pennis of starting point at lower abdomen .so plz tell me why because of happening like this

Medium pain in testicles nd pennis nd some times in inner centre part of butt mainly in morning nd evening time

Little bit uncomfortable during bowling nd urination
No vomtings nd fever

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- High fiber diet with more of green leafy veg , whole grains , cereals , pulses ,
legumes , organic fresh fruits .
- Check to have regular smooth bowel evacuations .
- Tab. tylenol ( 500 ) mg 3 times a day after meals .

- Use washroom as and when required immediately , do not withheld the urine .
- Keep the genitals clean with antiseptic liquid , avoid sex activity ( if performing )

* Follow up after 24 hours for deciding further line of management ( either need
of ultrasound examination or else ) or early if any doubt .
