Question : I woke up this morning and the corner of my eye is really red. It doesn't hurt,but I think my subconscious is telling me it hurts. is there anything i can do for it.

My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
I would have been happy to see a photograph of the redness to come to a definite conclusion. Redness without pain and discomfort may be sub conjunctival hemorrhage. In my practice, only these hemorrhages are noticed by relatives,as patients do not have any complaints.
If it is so,then there is not much you have to do and it will resolve on its own in about a week.
See to it that your BP is under control and you are not taking any pain killers as they aggrevate this condition.
Any further query in this regard please do get back to me, preferably with a photograph.
