Brief Answer:
Sounds like a viral illness - get plently of rest and fluids

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Are you coughing? Do you have any mucus production?
Do you have sinus congestion? Do you have nasal congestion?
Are the symptoms worse in the morning, at night, midday?
Are you getting good relief with your current medications?
Are you having any difficulty breathing? Or wheezing?

I suspect you had a viral illness such as the flu or influenza. Your symptoms are common to viral illnesses. They can last for about 10-21 days. The main treatment is increasing your fluid intake, such as double your fluids. Continue to take paracetamol when needed and prescribed on the bottle. Rest will be your best friend. Ultimately, there is no real treatment. Gargling salt water can help your sore throat.
