Question: Hi my son as been getting really stiff arms in the centre and upper arm and back of is neck

Get xray of cervical spine done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
Symptoms which your are telling may be due to many reason.
Most probably it may be due to cervical spondylosis.
Get xray of cervical spine done and send me the report, i want to see present condition of vertebrae etc.
If needed, then I will suggest you MRI of cervical spine.
Monitor early morning blood pressure at 7 am regularly for any increases or decrease from normal range of 110/70 to 140/90.
Till then you can take tab. aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside two times a day, pregabaline at night by prescription for about 10 days.
Avoid using computer or laptop for about 15 days.
- Apply hot packs for 30 min in morning and evening .
