Question : I just had rhinoplasty on Friday and am in terrible pain- specially at night
My doctor only gave me small amount of pain meds, 20 with no refill. I am less than 3 days after surgery and the only thing that helps are the 10mg Percocet he prescribed. I called his office and he is out of the country- please help

I have read your query , seen your picture , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

Pain & swelling around nose is common after rhinoplasty . It will subside slowly after your nose pack get removed .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
continue Percocet .

If pain is more you can add anti inflammatory Ibuprofen for relief .

You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription .
