Question : Yes, my symptons are my foot/ankle/back of calf are swollen and the heel is bruised on the back half. I had orthoscopic surgery on my knee over a week ago, and knee seems to be fine.

Blood clots happen commonly after knee and hip surgery. Since you're having the symptomsin close proximity to the recent surgery I think it should be evaluated as soon as possible.
