                                    Brief Answer:
continue warm compresses, 4 times daily
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
It appears to be a stye. The other options for lesions of the eye are blepharitis or chalazion.
Chalazion however normally appears as a distinct lump and blepharitis is inflammation/infection of the eyelid.
Your treatment is appropriate, the warm compresses should be continued at 4 times a day, 15 minutes per episode.
This is the main stay of treatment.
Also continue the topical antibiotic cream
Oral antibiotics are only needed if a person develops systemic signs/symptoms such as fever, loss of appetite, fatigue, feeling generally unwell
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
