Brief Answer:
Labial cellulitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
It appears that you have labial cellulitis as evident by swelling , inflammation and pain.
Its the initial stage and hence the pus was not formed yet or may be was deep seated. If the antibiotics for last 3 days haven't been able to restrict the inflammation and swelling it indicates that the infection is growing and the bacteria is not sensitive to the medication at all. The swelling is due to a collection inside and it would have to be removed anyways. The location can be accurately measured by a labial ultrasound by your physician before lancing the pus pocket again.
In the mean time you can use cold compresses for 15 min each and also NSAIDS to reduce the pain, which are also anti -inflammatory. But soon you should be revisiting your physician again as the swelling has increased and the pain has worsened. An ER visit should be scheduled at your end soon.
