Question: Your s thanx . I have pain in my right shoulder very much since 2month .I can not rotate my hand up side. I can not do my weight training or do with pain .my ESR 20.puscell 8-10/urine proton faint trace.what should I do to repair this problems & when to exercise .I am at 60yr .life is dull without exrs. Taking tendocare /movon Mr amoxyclav 625 due to little Coughing as prescribed.

The sort of symptoms you are describing looks more of an inflammation in the shoulder which hasn't settled yet. Probably a muscle tear or shoulder capsule swelling.

I would suggest you get an ultrasound done for
the shoulder. that would give us a fair clue on what exactly is going on

As for the treatment part.you need to rest your joint for now.don't over exert it too much till we know what exactly is wrong.You can take some anti inflammatory once in a while. After ultrasound i would suggest an intra articular injection in the joint along with physiotherapy which would be helpful
