Brief Answer:
It could be Fibroadenosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain in the Breast associated with lump goes more in favour of Fibroadenosis.
But,you should be investigated.
I prefer to get a Mammogram and FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology ).
If Fibroadenosis is confirmed, Danazol will be helpful.
Till investigation, I prescribe anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Nothing to worry.
Please consult your doctor and proceed further.
Hope I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
Regards
