Brief Answer:
Inflammation due to trauma.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing this forum. I've reviewed the attached picture.

Swelling is due to inflammation caused by injury. I would suggest you take some anti-inflammatory medicines like Diclofenac (75 mg twice daily after food) for few days along with anti histaminic like Ranitidine.

This will help to suppress the inflammation.

Feel free to ask further.
Regards.

Are there any non prescription medicines I can take? How long should i expect swelling to last? Is it harmful to wear contact lenses while swelling continues? Should i continue using ice and/or warm washcloth?
