Brief Answer:
HEENT/ focus of infection/ herpes zoster

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The Head , ears , eyes, neck and throat or HEENT need to be examined for any lymphadenopathy. If there is local tenderness and pain then it could be related to herpes zoster. The area needs to be examined for probable focus of infection , first and treated accordingly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
