Brief Answer:
Need more information and preferably an Image

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern.

I would like to rule out a possibility of 'Genital Herpes' which can present as painful genital sores, pelvic pain, swelling, burning sensation on passing urine.
I would like to gather more information from you in order to be able to guide you better. Are there any genital sores? Do you have a single/ constant sexual partner Or have you had multiple/ different sexual partners?
You also have an option to upload an Image, which you can do either at "Reports Section" Or by mailing at the email ID: YYYY@YYYY with the subject line of this mail as Attention:Dr.Kakkar.
