Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.
I read your notes.
The symptoms you have can be due to Vitamin D and Vit B12 deficiency.
So please get them checked.
Get your thyroid hormone checked too.
Based on the results you can be treated.
Osteoporosis can cause such tenderness. But it is unlikely that you will develop osteoporosis so early. Yet get bone densitometry done.
Take multivitamins daily along with calcium. Make at least half an hour of exercises your daily routine.
Please consult Orthopedic doctor for tender left foot.
I hope this helps.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
